Spanish photographer Daniel Huete has spent the last six years travelling through Asia’s diverse cultures and found himself in Bali recently. You’ve probably seen a million photos of Bali courtesy of your social media feed—it’s a hotspot for Aussie travellers—but it’s not all about bootleg goods, braiding, and cocktails in buckets. Preferring to stay away from the main touristy areas, Daniel took his Polaroid camera to the island’s more regional areas, to showcase the locals and the beautiful serenity of their day-to-day.
