Multi-talented musician, photographer, and videographer Ta-ku has just wrapped up his collaborative multimedia exhibition with Sony Australia. The exhibition titled CLRBLND (aka Colour Blind), focused on a series of works including projection mapping, soundscapes, and photographic prints. The range of works demonstrate Ta-ku’s multifaceted creativity and skills in both visual and aural art forms. In the event recap video Ta-ku talks about growing up colour blind and not being able to see certain colours. He describes this as something that has informed his art and is reflected in his editing style, photography and work in general.

To celebrate the project, the creative hosted the opening night in Sydney, thanks to sponsor Sony. For those who weren’t in the vicinity, the team have given us the recap visuals which you can watch above.

ICYMI, Ta-ku is the guest editor of our brand new print issue starring Syd. Pre-order available now.
