The third annual POW! WOW! Exploring The New Contemporary Movement is a week long event that showcases a massive range of over 120 artists. ‘Pow wow’ is a Native American term used to describe a gathering that is designed to celebrate culture, music and art. POW! WOW! is the week long event that focuses on putting the spotlight on a selection of unique artists, one of whom happens to be Haroshi.

Haroshi makes art using old skateboard decks, layers them and then turning them into sculptures. He takes art to another level, by placing a metal piece hand picked from the broken parts to go in the centre of each sculpture, literally giving them a ‘soul.’
