CARBON Festival 2012 Recap: Live Paint Presented By Ironlak

CARBON 2012 finished on a (paint fume) high with Sunday night’s live paint session at Fed Square’s Atrium.

Presented by Ironlak, the two-hour session featured the works of Adelaide’s, Vans The Omega, local boy Sirum, LA legend Chaz Bojorquez and the very rad, Jasper Wong. The four artists’ styles were completely different—from VTO’s sweeping circular lines to Chaz’s iconic calligraphy to Jasper’s version of Snoopy on acid, the juxtaposition of styles was a nice, quiet kind of chaos to close the massive week of Carbon side events and forums.
