Seven years and $1.3million later, famed Korean sculptor, Do Ho Suh opens “Fallen Star”, a permanent installation at UCSD. The artist describes it as being an exploration of “home, cultural displacement, the perception of our surroundings, and how one constructs a memory of a space”. Complete with a landscaped front yard and full furnishings, see all the images in the gallery above.
