This year kind of — periodical is hosting three photographic exhibitions for Sydney’s Head On Photo Festival. Starting with:

Ingrained
Andrew Peters, Daniel Farrell, Garry Trinh and Sam Stephenson.
Opens Thursday 3rd May (6pm)
Until Sunday 23rd May

Skateboards view the world in a unique way. Ingrained exhibits four diverse photographers with different styles coming together to portray elements of their lives through a common bond of skateboarding.

Andrew Peters communicates years of travelling with a skateboard.
Sam Stephenson documents a case study of one Sydney skateboarder.
Daniel ‘Faz’ Farrell focuses on the path that skateboarding has taken him and
Garry Trinh has replaced his skateboard with his camera.

100 Bedrooms
Ellen Disaster

Until Sunday 27th May.

Local yielder of an old SLR camera, Ellen Disaster managed to talk her way into 100 bedrooms and documented the inhabitants.
The show will present the 100 hand printed fibre based black and white portraits of people taken in an intimate setting, which were collected and printed over the course of a year.
