Newcastle’s Tower Art Gallery are proudly presenting PETRO’s Age 39 3/4. The prolific British artist is undeniably a key figure in the British graffiti scene with a global career spanning over 25 long years. Tower Art Gallery have had PETRO as a resident artist for what will be the venue’s first solo show. The exhibition will host an array of captivating visuals, showcasing PETRO’s distinctive style. Expect a jaw-dropping collection of installation pieces, galactic 3D sculptures, drawings, paintings, prints, and garments. The gallery describes it as ‘an insight into the nomadic life of an artist on the verge of a mid life crisis’. Sounds like a world I want to step into.
