Shepard Fairey was in Paris last week to launch the OBEY collaboration with Levi’s and whilst he was in town, he managed to fit in an epic mural in the 13th arrondissement. See it come together in this nice timelapse video by Mahmoud Belakhel.

In other Paris news, 12oz Prophet reports that the Office of the Mayor has declared war on graffiti, branding it “aggressive pollution”. Even though this sort of thing has been going on for years in cities worldwide, it’ll be interesting to see how that plays out in the coming months for the City of Love, given it’s such a hive for French writers and artists alike.
