In what is one of the most unique installations seen in the global art community in some time, the renowned MoMA in New York has had the BAFTA nominated actress, Tilda Swinton, sleeping in a glass box while visitors look on. While it’s nothing we’ve seen before, the installation certainly raises questions about our obsession with the modern day celebrity, with the only way of knowing about her presence being through Twitter. Would you go just to have a look at her doing basically nothing in person? Or would you just sit at home, pop in a DVD and watch her doing what she does best: acting.
