Normally the sight of blood makes me curl up in a ball and cry, but somehow Thomas “Dilly” Littleson has managed to make these blood-spurting portraits feel soft and muted. They’re actually pretty horrific once you start to think about them, but these graphite illustrations are so pretty that I only feel the tiniest bit queasy. Not sure I could put one up on my bedroom wall though…
