New York-based artist Monica Cook has created a series of wicked photo realistic portraits featuring an intense interaction between women and flesh-like food. Octopus, watermelon, pomegranates and fish are incorporated with the intertwined female figure in order to produce an evocative, almost uneasily erotic scene. Probably not for the squeamish…you have been warned.
