Miso’s solo exhibition – Bright Night Sky – opens this week. After many years travelling, Stanislava has settled into her studio in Melbourne and has created a series of large scale maps, detailing the cities she’s called home. Each trail has been hammered into paper. Making something from nothing – as she explains in the video above.

“I’m incredibly minimal. I started making this work that retraced every step that I’d taken, every walk, every cluster of memory, every friend’s house – and I started to make it with something physical”.
