Australian filmmaker and ACCLAIM fam Michael Danischewski has teamed up with artist TwoOne (aka Hiroyasu Tsuri) on this reflective short film TwoOne – Cast A Shadow. Following the Berlin-based artist’s street and studio exploits, the film reveals TwoOne’s creative process and motivation, featuring some details from his most recent Melbourne show and public murals. Feeling a little more like a movie intro or music video Cast A Shadow is more than just a ‘behind-the-scenes’ artist profile. Thoughtful, intimate and a little haunting, this ‘filmic portrait’ is a really beautiful attempt at understanding TwoOne’s creative mind.
