Huh? Yeah, that’s right. It’s a book about American cereal and the artwork on the boxes. In Australia, we were lucky (or perhaps unlucky) enough to know how much this shit would affect us for the rest of our lives, so we never really had this sort of stuff on our supermarket shelves. Imagine a bunch of primary school kids washing this down with red cordial, it would be a fucking disaster.

The book looks at the history of cereal and the impact of its marketing on family life. I mean, come on…if you were a kid, you’d totally annoy your parents until they bought you Ghostbusters cereal. But probably more interestingly, the pages are filled with some pretty rad vintage artwork from the boxes and advertising campaigns, spanning almost 150 years.
