Melbourne’s No Vacancy Gallery has just announced its new Talkshop series, with the first to be held on July 5 next week. The event, which is inspired by both TED Talks and Creative Morning Talks, is part of a recurring series of Talkshop events which aim to unite Melbourne’s various creatives and provide a platform in which to network and discuss ideas. According to the official event page, the event will be held on the first Tuesday of every month and will focus on a different topic with the first week discussing the topic of “Personality & Originality”.

Speakers at the first Talkshop include founder of 1st Product, Nik Angel, creator of Just Another Agency, Sara Toby and freelance fashion photographer, Jess Brohier who has been a frequent contributor for ACCLAIM.
