When I originally saw this headline, I was expecting an AM1 in something like a tan/mahogany colourway…maybe some gold foil or purple packaging, to add to the gimmick. I wasn’t expecting an actual chocolate shoe.

Dutch artist Joost Goudriaan decided to create the ultimate sneakerhead’s Valentine’s Day gift with a limited run of incredible (sorry, couldn’t help myself) chocolate Nike Air Max 1s. The detailing on these pieces are amazing, even featuring textured laces and stitching across the entire shoe, and they come in two colourways (or flavours) – classic milk chocolate and a white/dark chocolate combo.
