When it comes to the design of their bottles, Absolut Vodka are known for their endless creativity and many successful collaborations. This time they’ve collaborated with the widely successful Dr. Lakra, an artist based in Oaxaca, Mexico, to create this uniquely Mexican packaging design. The Absolut Mexico limited edition bottle draws inspiration from the country’s rich Mayan roots, representing three key elements from the culture that Dr. Lakra describes as a culmination of his favourite things about Mexico: ‘Balam’ the jaguar, ‘Kukulkan’ the feathered serpent, and ‘Hurakan’ the god of wind, storm and fire.
