Design: Moleskine Cassette Tape Notebooks
Moleskine pays homage to the iconic medium of Generation X
Posted By Meisy Cheong | 3-Sep-2012Remember back when you were a kid and you had a double cassette player/recorder so you could make your own little mixtapes? Or you would wait for a song to play on the radio so you could record it onto a blank tape? That little sound that used to play at the start and end of every cassette? $10 cassingles which had five versions of the same song? Your favourite tape being chewed up and you trying to desperately wind it back in so it wouldn’t be lost forever? To celebrate 50 years of the audio cassette, Moleskine will be dropping a couple of notebooks paying homage to the iconic medium for you to write down your stories of being a childhood producer/DJ. The notebooks are due for a mid-October release via Notemaker.
