They say the beard makes the man but sometimes he might look better without it. We know how different a dude can look with or without facial hair, girls continue to argue which makes him sexier (I straddle the fence on this one) but have you ever thought of your classic Disney dudes with a full beard or clean shaven? Probably not. But luckily, now, you don’t have to.

Thanks to Disney enthusiast and artist Annie Erskine, we are now privy to how much hotter or downright weird some of our favourite Disney men look plus/minus beard. Personally, I think Aladdin rocks both looks and King Triton sans beard looks something like a buffed up Anthony Bourdain or a slimmed down John Goodman.
