There’s a thin line between being a hero and being a memory…especially if you’re a delicious gingerbread sculpture. From the depths of Reddit, the world now knows of the gingerbread Optimus Prime sculpture created by Norwegian woman Caroline Eriksson, which consists of 700-800 pieces of the baked panels and apparently took a ten days, full time to make. The incredible effort paid off though, with Eriksson winning the gingerbread contest she entered, and scoring USD$6500 in prize money for her troubles.
