Emojli is the new social media platform for all of you who are fed up with hashtags and @ symbols and who have a go-to emoji for all communicable expressions anyway.

Marketed as a fun way to simplify your social media, it’s emoji-centricity might also be the world’s cure for cyberbullying: “There is no spam. Because there isn’t any emoji for spam. There is one for aubergine… The worst message you could possibly receive? It’s a pile of poo.” And a smiling pile of poo at that. (Although with the middle finger emoji looming, shit could get real).

Its creators Matt Gray and Tom Scott will launch it soon, as a mobile messaging app, but until then you can reserve your all-emoji username. (Mine’s praise hands, US cash stack, computer, END. Get at me.)
