In the latest Zuckerblurgh news, Facebook aren’t just content with knowing where you are, who you’re with, and what you like. Now they want to know exactly where your cursor is at all times, and how long your newsfeed is onscreen on your mobile device. According to an interview that Ken Rudin, Facebook’s Chief of Anlaytics, gave recently to the Wall Street Journal – the company is already in the testing phase of the software application.

While Facebook have not confirmed that they’re going to implement the technology to collect data from general users, they’re certainly not ruling it out either. As Rudin stated, “I can’t promise that it will roll out. We probably will know in a couple of months.” Which is a suitably vague position from a company that’s notorious for effectively shitting all over their users’ privacy rights. Still, if Facebook are interested in exactly how long I spend hovering over photos of my ex-girlfiend, hate-liking photos of Miley Cyrus, and deciding exactly which Pusheen expresses my emotional state best (it’s this one) – then they’re welcome to that information. But here’s a spoiler – it’s LOTS. Sorry Zuckerbro.
