US designer Phil Jones has come up with an amusing project involving two popular targets in society: public signage and real estate agents. But his project is a whole lot more clever and involved than the old moustache-and-glasses approach to ‘decorating’ a face. Jones actually recreated agents’ headshots right down to the bad suits and pearls, put on his best “trust me” face, and then inserted his images into the existing advertising.

The result is Faces of Real Estate, a hilarious alteration of the tacky signage that is ubiquitous across billboards and bench seats throughout America. Some are fairly obvious transformations (see Lynn Morgan’s sudden stubble), others just strange enough to make passers by do a double-take.
