White House Down (rated M) sees Channing Tatum‘s Capitol Policeman John Cale caught in the middle of a paramilitary coup of the White House. Coming from the director of the similarly high-concept Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow and 2012, you can expect some high-octane action sequences when Cale must protect the president (Jamie Foxx), his daughter and, of course, the country.
