We're looking for a team of new interns to give us a hand with CARBON festival – do you have what it takes?

Posted By Sean Irving |

We’re hosting our annual culture and style forum CARBON for the third time round this coming April (10th – 14th to be specific). As usual, it’s going to be a huge week of learning, partying, and general good times – and we want YOU to be a part of it.

We’re looking for a team of highly motivated interns to give us a helping hand in the run-up to the event, and of course we’d love some assistance on the weekend of CARBON itself. We’re also looking for a special someone who has a strong knowledge of social media to assist us in the lead up to the event.

Of course, in return we’ll reward you with praise (hopefully), experience (ideally), a beer or two (definitely) and access to the official forums and side events. If you’re thinking this sounds like an okay gig, let’s talk about what we’re looking for . . .

Successful applicants will possess the following attributes:
—be hard working with strong attention to detail
—be reliable and consistent, no half-steppers please
—have strong organisational abilities
—be quick learners
—be focused and take their work seriously
—have an interest in the kind of culture that CARBON celebrates
—have your own laptop
—be able to commit time prior to the event, and of course to be available on the week itself (10 – 14 of April)

Duties will include:
—event duties
—managing merchandise
—transport and logistics
—aggregating posts to social networks
—general office duties

If you think you’re up to task, please send through an email with your availability, resume, and a short description of yourself to work(at) with INTERNSHIP in the subject. We are looking for interns to start A$AP, so don’t dawdle.

Please note this is an unpaid internship.
