The IRL Walter White, named Walter White,  was sentenced this week to 12 years prison on methamphetamine trafficking and firearms charges after a shootout in his driveway that culminated in him being shot by his son over an alleged drug debt.

After 32 pounds of meth were found in his house, Walt claimed during his trial that dealing meth in large quantities was “not in his character” but that he “became addicted” and had suppliers threatening him. Authorities alleged he was part of a conspiracy responsible for bringing meth to Billings, Montana in order to distribute in the Bakken oil fields, since getting on the pipe is a very wise thing to do when operating massive machinery that pumps out dead dinosaurs worth billions of dollars.

No word on whether he had a harpy of a wife.
