Lil Wayne is being sued for allegedly “enabling the attacker” who struck a fan in the head with a skateboard, TMZ reports.

According to the lawsuit, the victim of the alleged attack, Alfred Marino, was trying to get a picture of the rapper when a member of Wayne’s entourage hit him with the board.

Marino is suing Weezy and his label for unspecified damages. Meanwhile, Wayne is doing nothing to convince the haters of the merits of his skate career.
