In the beginning things were great. She seemed like a cool chick, but she had a stuffed animal that she wanted to bring everywhere. It was nuts, but he put up with it. A small quirk he let slide in the name of love. Four years on though, I’m beginning to question which one is crazier.

A man from the Hubei province of China is suing his former partner, seeking damages for the “mental anguish” caused by the Snoopy plush over their four year relationship. Wu Yan (pseudonym) insisted that the stuffed animal be brought with them on all their outings together, which included buying a movie ticket for it (him?) and buying a him a meal because, of course, he’s got to eat too. Claiming that he spent $6,450 on the dog over the four years, he also says that he gained 20 pounds because he had to finish Snoopy’s “unfinished meals.”

But things go too much for Fang Yan when Wu Yan slapped him in the face for refusing to bring him to the bathroom. Finally fed up with being the third wheel in this relationship, he ended things. Shame, because she seemed like a catch.
