In last year’s collaboration between jewellery brand, MapleXO, and iPhone case manufacturers, Grove, the duo created iPhone cases made from skate deck off-cuts. This time around, they’ve again taken the waste and turned them into phone backs to protect your precious iLife from your drunken and/or unco behaviour. Though the use of recycled skate decks in product design or art is nothing new, anything that uses the reclaimed wood always looks pretty dope. The skateback comes in three palettes and is available now over at Grove.
