You know when you hear about those guys who ditch their jobs to make a living out of doing what they love? Faz is that guy. The tradie-turned-gallerist/photographer got together with a few mates to open Sydney’s Kind Of — Gallery and hasn’t looked back since. We like Faz a whole bunch and we’re stoked to have him on board…now all we need to do is set a trap, kidnap him and bring him to Melbourne…

 

My name is… Daniel ‘Faz’ Farrell.

By day I… Curate and run kind of gallery with my friends.

By night I… I’m an exhibiting / freelance photographer and I run a fledgling skateboard company with another friend.

But I’m probably best known for… GSD (getting shit done).

My favourite TV show is… Buffy, but right now, probably Eastbound and Down.

The last movie I watched was… Sweeney Todd at home and Underworld 4 in 3D at the cinema.

And I thought it was…. Underworld was pretty shit and Sweeney Todd is a musical.

The first CD I ever bought was… I think…. a Bodyjar EP

The last was… Raekwon Only Built For Cuban Linx Pt II.

I’m addicted to… Coffee, and I hate that I am addicted to anything.

The best thing about Sydney is… The challenge.

Last weekend I… Worked.

The last thing I ate was… Grill’d and a longneck.
