Miley Cyrus’ MTV EMAs smoking incident is now being investigated by Dutch Police. According to reports by the Agence France-Presse, authorities are investigating how Cyrus was able to break the venue’s rules.

According to Dutch police, the Ziggo Dome has a non-smoking policy. Additionally, smoking is banned in public all across the Netherlands. Cyrus broke these rules when she lit up on stage during an acceptance speech.

The investigation into Cyrus’s puff was sparked by several complaints from the television audience.
