Over the weekend the a new commercial for Max Payne 3 debuted on TV in the States. The Max Payne franchise is one of the best left of center crime shoot-’em-ups during all my years of playing games. Blurring the line between crime drama, psychological thriller and all-out firefights, Max Payne has never failed to deliver and judging from everything we’ve previewed the third instalment looks to step it up a few notches.

Max Payne 3 doesn’t come out until May 15th and I highly recommend putting aside a weekend to play the first two if you’ve never done so, the second one particularly in my opinion is a short and sweet gaming masterpiece.
