OTRO is a daring skate-able art project by Korean born artist Koo Jeong-A. In the ultimate meeting of form meeting function, the artist was moved to create a glow in the dark skatepark with phosphorescent concrete after recognising the difficulty that skaters have when trying to arrange a night session. Jeong-A’s creation is a skatepark located in the Vassivière Islands of France that consists of a series of bowls and tunnels that are illuminated in the dusk, creating a ethereal skating landscape.
