As a scientifically proven eternal vampire, Pharrell must get pretty sick of celebrating birthdays. This year he decided to try and remember what it was like to be a child all those hundreds of years ago by throwing an all-out Spongebob bash featuring a bunch of his celebrity friends including upcoming collaborator Alicia Keys, Swizz Beats and Q-Tip, the stars of the cartoon show themselves, and last but not least, The Hat™.

Ridiculous? Yes. A sign of a mid-life crisis? Probably. But it’s Pharrell, and the man can get away with anything.
