I don’t know what it is about the voyeur us all that makes looking into people’s apartments so satisfying. Especially when it’s Designer Rick Owens. Especially when it’s in Paris. Located just south of the Seine, Owens resides in the former French Socialist Party headquarters on the Place du Palais Bourbon and recently he let The Wall Street Journal inside. Dark, gothic, creepy and cool. There’s no surprise in where he seeks his inspiration from.

It’s not just clothes he’s good at. Most of the furniture you see here is designed by Owens himself with the same vision and signature. High-end glamourous grunge and most certainly unique. To have a completely self-designed and self-expressionistic apartment – the man is living the dream!
