Filmed decades back and uploaded to the interwebs a few years ago, is this classic doco, Skateboard Kings 1978 Part 1 which looks at the SoCal skate scene in the ’70s with a particular focus on Dogtown. Skate legends Tony Alvarez and Stacy Peralta appear alongside Kent Senatore, Ellen O’Neil, Shogo Kubo, Jerry Valdez, Ray Flores and more. It’s a good insight into the earlier days of the skate culture and the Dogtown lifestyle.
