If you didn’t listen to countless warnings to be careful what you post on social media or if you have friends who find it funny to upload compromising photos you (I’ll confess), then Social Sweepsters is what you need. Founder Tom McGrath has come to your rescue with his software that scans your Facebook and Twitter sites from as far back as 2005 for “undesirable content.”

The technology searches for beer cans, red cups and other images that can be seen as potentially damaging to your job prospects. After they are identified the user is notified and gives the option to untag, delete or ask a friends to remove the photo. Although the software is not 100% accurate yet, it is on its way. And you’ll be on your way to employment.

Future, professional you will be thankful.
