Subculture Club: American Civil War Re-enactors

Have you ever wondered about the lives of regular American folk who dedicate their time to re-enacting the civil war? Me either. But there’s 50,000 of them out there, which officially makes it a thing. So what possess someone to dedicate their time to recreating events that happened several generations before they were born? The guys over at Thrash Lab hit up Eldorado Park, CA to find out.

As a side note; wouldn’t you be kind of sceptical if your neighbour was going out every other weekend to fight for the South in the Civil War?
