Tech: Google Streetview Goes Underwater

Explore the Seven Seas using new Google Streetview feature

In an attempt to make users feel more connected to the ocean world, Google released images of their latest project, Google Underwater Street View. Users can now explore life underwater and see Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, Apo Island in the Philippines and Hawaii’s Hanauma Bay.

The underwater street view works exactly like the one on dry land, except that you get up close and personal with a turtle, rather than some random naked guy sunbathing on his lawn.
