Yes, you read it above: this is the final piece of the Eddie Huang / Fresh Off The Boat saga, at least for now. This final episode sees the chef finish his tour of Miami in the heart of the city, a section stacked with culture.

Following local legend Chef Creole, Huang is shown a side of the city he’d never seen before, open to locals only – a true piece of Little Haiti. While we’re not sure if this is the final episode of this show all together, Eddie’s final words at the end of this episode sum it up pretty well. While he wanted to find places that were inappropriate for food shows, usually food culture isn’t about the high-end chefs and restaurants – its about cuisine and the people who created it.
