Sure, Ice Cube cemented his scowling face in our psyches as a gangster rapper and has played a few rough characters in his subsequent film career but lest we forget that he also spent a good part of that time scowling his way through more than one G-rated kids’ movie. And if you needed further evidence that Ice Cube is really for the kids, here is his appearance on everyone’s favourite childhood show Sesame Street. In the clip, “Mr Cube” teaches Elmo a thing or two about vocabulary and magic because why wouldn’t he? It’s actually really cute and Cube doesn’t scowl once. Check out the video above.
