Sailor Jerry have just dropped a stack of videos celebrating their heritage and brand ethos. The company celebrates the legacy of its namesake Norman ‘Sailor Jerry’ Collins whose personal ethos of authenticity is embodied by the rum. The clip also caught my eye because it’s set to The Misfits’ punk anthem ‘Where Eagles Dare’, which is probably one of the best tracks of all time. This marks the first time The Misfits have licensed their music for commercial use, so that’s a testament to Sailor Jerry I guess. All I know is the opportunities to post late ’70s punk tracks on ACCLAIM are few and far between, so I’m going to run with it.
