Last month we filled you in on the Australasian Beatmaker Invitational. An event that gives bedroom beatmakers and scene locals alike the opportunity to prove their worth in Down Under’s beat version of Mortal Kombat.

Now the challengers have been accepted and come this weekend will be flexing their production chops in front of a live audience. Scrutinising their finesse will be acclaimed local and international judges, including DJ House Shoes, and the winners will get stacks of prizes from sponsors including AKAI Professional, Crooks & Castles, Monster, Feit, and a year’s subscription from us here at ACCLAIM.
