It’s been a pretty active week on Twitter—especially for one of the hottest couples in hip-hop, Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj. While Nicki was quick to squash her issues with Taylor Swift, Meek went in on Drake (among a slew of others) about the authenticity of his craft. Meek said Drake doesn’t write his own raps, which caused a pretty strong online reaction from both sides of the argument. And while *everyone* weighed in on what the truth was or whether it even mattered, including the man named as Drake’s ghostwriter, the only person who was staying mum was the other half of the equation, Drizzy himself.

Welp, as he puts it himself, “I stay silent ’cause we at war and I’m very patient,” but Drake appears to be finally airing out his opinions on the whole debacle by debuting the track ‘Charged Up’ on his Beats 1 Radio show. Obviously, no names are mentioned but the subject matter does deal with industry shade, ‘snitching’, and Drake’s success, of course. Take a listen to the audio below and judge for yourself.
