You may already know our homie Michael Jukeson as a Brooklyn DJ, producer and part of the esteemed Astronautico record label and collective. But what you may not know is that he is also a big softy on a mission to eliminate sadness through dance. The Michael Jukeson #NoMoreSad initiative is a YouTube-based project featuring short, eccentric dance videos commissioned by individual web users. He made one for me early on (#38 to be precise) choreographed to one of my all time favourite jams, ‘Twisted’ by Keith Sweat. (Just watch it.) Since then, Michael Jukeson has made countless videos, including Eclair Fifi, Deebs, Nina Las Vegas, Jubilee and Piu Piu. In light of some tragedies of late, it’s nice to see someone putting time into a positive project like this. If you are sad or know someone who might be, you can request your very own #NoMoreSad video on his website.

Here’s a #NoMoreSad video dedicated to ACCLAIM magazine, choreographed to the tune of ‘Mssingno – XE2 (DEER Remix)‘. Bless you Michael Jukeson!
