We just saw the “biggest the rap show of all time,” as declared by Run The Jewels’ El-P. Granted, he and Killer Mike were pretty drunk, but that’s beside the point. Actually, maybe that was part of what made it so great. Regardless, this triple-bill brought us performances from the people behind three of the most talked-about rap releases of the last 12 months and it lived up to the sky-high expectations.
