JJ Doom have just dropped their debut album Key to the Kuffs on Lex records.

For the uninitiated the duo is comprised of beat wizard Jneiro Janel and hip-hop cult-figure Doom. Key to the Kuffs sees the pair have team up with a bunch of other artists such as Beth Gibbons (Portishead) and Damon Albarn (Blur, Gorillaz). This should come as no surprise as Doom, most well known for wearing the mask of Marvel comic book character ‘Dr Doom’, is not unfamiliar with the world of collaborating, working with artists like Danger Mouse and Ghostface Killah in the past. Jneiro Janel is no stranger either, having previously worked with Bjork and Radiohead.
