An integral part of the Australian production scene, Paces is Mikey Perry, a Gold Coast native and one half of duo, Surecut Kids. He has remixed the likes of YesYou and Sampology, supported Lunice and received ongoing love and support from the Triple J airwaves. His debut EP The Pact was the first Australian release to be feature on US label Symbols, with his follow up release Julian freshly available via Perth imprint, Die High Records. I first witnessed Paces at an Operatives event alongside Ryan Hemsworth, Kaytranada, Mr Carmack and Djemba Djemba. Paces will return to The Operatives safehouse when he plays Howler on February 23 as part of Espionage with Dizz1, Friendships and more.
