In true overly dramatic Kanye style, the news surrounding the Cruel Winter trailer has been completely indistinct. Although rumors are flying about the trailer being an indication of a possible Cruel Winter album to follow up the G.O.O.D Music’s album Cruel Summer from September of this year, the team isn’t giving anything away.

The trailer, which runs for less than a minute features eerie frost bitten and desolate scenes of open fields and rippling water, with George H.W Bush’s 1991 “Toward a New World Order” speech from 1991 overlaid.

Kanye preempted the release of Cruel Summer with a trailer in much the same manner, so it’s only fair to assume he’s got something big in store.
