Lil Silva, one of the pioneers of the UK Funky sound, has released a new EP on Night Slugs. Silva has previously done remix work for SBTRKT, Tyler, The Creator, and of all people, Sidney Sampson for his annoyo-banger, Riverside. It’s his second release of the year after a solid white-label 12” and features three grimey, reverb drenched tracks more English than driving a hotted-up Ford Escort through Brixton.
